I went to Grand Teton National Park for Independence Day. The mountains were amazing. The first day it was pure blue sky and bright sun which makes for bland photos I think but maybe I am just not skilled enough to make a good picture in the middle of the day haha. The second day it was overcast and the wind was blowing smoke from the fire to the north east into the park making everything hazy and gray. I did my best to get some half good shots and I guess I did okay. On another note I tried so hard to find a moose and not one was seen. We looked everywhere they were supposed to be regularly, but to no avail.... So photographing a moose is now on my to do list. The picture is in Logan Canyon near Beaver Lodge. The sun was shining through the low clouds bathing everything in perfect golden light. By the way I feel like I am terrible at black and white images so if you have any advice, pointers or whatever on how to shoot or post process them I would love the tips!
