Bridgerland Fashion

The last two weeks I was making pictures with my friend Erin for the Briderland fashion girls before and during their fashion show. They made it pretty easy to make good pictures with thier awesome fashion and excitement to have their picture taken. Thank you to Collette and everyone else for letting me be a part of this. It was a lot of fun, hopefully I will get to help out again next time.

The Past Weeks

It has been a busy past week or two. My little sister got married, I made my first HDR, and have been finishing up planning my creepy Halloween shoot. Here is a mix of pictures I have made over the past weeks!
This is the dry lake near Boulder City. It was actually full of water.

We stopped in Scipio on the way back and I took this photo of my great grandparents old store. I spent a lot of time there as a kid.

Hehe Halloween stuff.

My mom always has flowers on the counter at home and I always take photos of them.

The Desert: My first HDR

I am back in Nevada for a few days for my little sisters wedding. I had some time the other day and went down to Nelson and tried my had at HDR for the first time. This is what I got. aside from the big green lens flair I don't think it is too bad. I wouldn't mind some feed back or tips!

I went with the Cache Valley Photographers up Sardine Canyon at 6:30am to make some Autumn photos. I would say it was worth getting up early but I get off work at 6:30am so I will say it was worth staying up past my bed time. The colors are great up there. I can't wait for Logan Canyons to change.

Moody Hair

Here is a couple from a hair shoot I did the other evening. These are not the best two photos to show the hair but they are my two favorite.

Stars Over Tony

You can see the Big Dipper reflected in the lake.

The lake here came up to shore so gradually and was so still you could have walked into the water without knowing. With the stars reflected in the water it looked like you could jump into the sky and float away into space.
It was the new moon lastnight so my friend April and I decided we would hike into White Pine Lake to do some star gazing. Alas April ran a marathon that morning and was too tired to go so Levi Sim, Roger, and I went up to Tony's Grove to make star pictures. It was a lot of fun. The stars were amazing too!

Summer Blooms

I went to make pictures of some sunflowers in a field near Innovation Campus today. After the sunflowers I decided to walk over to the pond and it was full of blooming lily pads. It was very pretty so I spent a half hour or so making pictures.
